Additionally included in this recent document disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section labelling different sections of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, such as designs for boat shelters.
